Paul Anastasio is currently teaching lessons in his Seattle-area home as his schedule permits. One-hour lessons are $40. In addition, he is offering four-day weeks of intensive, one-on-one instruction to select, motivated students. The cost for four days of instruction (6 hours per day), including room and board if desired, is $900. Contact Paul for additional information at 206/440-1844 or e-mail him at panastasio@w-link.net.

"The most music I've learned in a week-ever!"-Tom Schaefer

Paul has taught fiddle extensively at a number of music workshops, including the Festival of American Fiddle Tunes, the Puget Sound Guitar Workshop, the Montana State Fiddlers' Campout and Swing Week at the Augusta Heritage Festival. He loves teaching small groups in workshop settings and makes himself available to do so whenever his schedule permits.

Paul is also available for concerts, dances and private parties. He often performs with his band, The Swing Cats, and he can assemble fine small combos to perform in any number of styles. Paul has the respect of the very best musicians in the Seattle area and can call upon them when needed. He is also a capable and versatile studio musician, having recorded in Nashville with Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers and Loretta Lynn, and in Austin, Texas with Asleep at the Wheel and Willie Nelson.
